The Belt and Road Forum for Traditional Chinese Medicine Development   The National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the National Medical Products Administration, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, the China Public Diplomacy Association, the National Certification and Accreditation Administration, the Standardization Administration, the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province, the People’s Government of Fujian Province, and other entities have jointly and successfully hosted six sessions of the Belt and Road Forum for Traditional Chinese Medicine Development. These forums were held under the framework of events like the Euro-Asia Economic Forum, the China International Fair for Investment & Trade, and the China Beijing International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). Starting from the fourth session, the forum has been held for three consecutive sessions as a key event of the CIFTIS. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a vital component of China’s distinctive medical and healthcare system. The successful organization of the Belt and Road Forum for Traditional Chinese Medicine Development has significantly contributed to the promotion of the inheritance and innovative development of TCM. It has enhanced the international influence of TCM within the Belt and Road Initiative and has fostered the complementary and coordinated development of Chinese and Western medicine. This forum plays a crucial role in building a global community of health for all, demonstrating the commitment to integrate TCM more deeply into the global health and wellness landscape.     Mission: To promote the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and to present Traditional Chinese Medicine to the world; to promote international cooperation in Traditional Chinese Medicine, foster mutual understanding among people; to further high-quality development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine industry, assist in the construction of a ‘Healthy China’, and serve the health of people worldwide.
